In this particular historical moment, which has lost the certainty of the route to their goals, managers of large companies have launched quite a flare that lit up the coordinates to follow.
At the awards ceremony of Great place to Italy work in 2010, held last March 23 in Milan, there were interesting suggestions.
The slogan was: sharing of expectations (for employees) and objectives (the company).

Dear children, during our last lesson, we discussed migration, meaning those people who for various reasons decide to move a location other than their own. Today I bring to your attention the issue of refugees and displaced persons.
The most recent waves of immigration have involved both illegal migrants who intended to perform the most menial jobs and now rejected by local workers. The changes of the population but are also due to famines or wars that are fought in the land of origin of migrants. The UN defines a refugee who " in well-founded fear of persecution on grounds of race, religion, nationality, membership of a particular social group, or for reasons of political opinion, is outside of their country of origin not ensure the safety ". To care for the refugees and the UNHCR (High Commissioner UN High Commissioner for Refugees). The phenomenon is increasing. The largest number of refugees come from African states that are also characterized by political instability. In Europe, the wars that followed the diss olution the former Yugoslavia have led to millions of displaced Bosnians, Kosovars, Serbs and Croats fleeing violence.
