These three rules are derived from the book which I have already written: "The awareness of golfer "
6. Complete + things that need to be completed and releases energy
When I get to study, I got into the habit of doing the first thing a program of the day: that is to say that I make two columns on a sheet.
The first, called " completions," I do a list of things I need to do before you go away (to finish the project, XY, XZ to the report, send an email to Tom, buy batteries for the remote home, etc..), then the number in order of importance or urgency, or simply put the first ones that I must end, even if there are unforeseen circumstances that prevented me to finish everything.
In the second column, which I call " address, enter a few (but only if it is a" tough "is fine) things that I do, maybe some time, and I want to do (call the guy with whom I discuss the incident, make an appointment to do the analysis that the doctor prescribed me, call that person to request the payment of an invoice, etc.)..
I can assure that when, at the end of the day, the sheet is completely erased, I feel I have the energy released that I can use other things. And I'm ready to go!
7. Feel the swing of life
In the book by Gay Hendricks is a wonderful explanation. tried to summarize my own words, even if there invitation to go and read the original text .
The swing is the movement that makes playing golf. It 's a movement that has in it energy and grace, fluidity and power (imagine seeing him do in Tiger Woods, maybe a few years ago ...). It carries the lightness and beauty of a rock ' swing as children (and us too large if we are still able!). A characteristic of the swing is that the distance and direction along that takes the golf ball after the shot does not depend, or depends on a small part, the muscular effort of the player, but depends primarily on the quality of the movement ... I realize that it is not easy to understand, especially for those not playing golf.
The concept that I'm getting at is that in life of our results (where does the ball) does not depend only on factors of power and muscle, but much of the "grace" and "quality of motion" that we use to live!
And even in the most dedicated and hard one should never lose that wonderful feeling of swinging on a swing, or swing pleasure of life ...
8. The ball goes exactly where to go
And now, once the flight of the ball has started, there's nothing you can do to change the trajectory: go exactly where to go! What does it mean? That the situation of life we \u200b\u200bmust learn ! That what happens in life is a direct consequence of the way we live THE . The ball flies, and it was us who hit ... is our teacher, as life is our guru!
